ABOUT — NEXIS

We build the control layer for onchain autonomy — so agents can act, and you keep the keys.

The on-chain autonomy stack: plan, simulate, approve, and reconcile wallet operations across payments and DeFi from one governed control layer.

01Why we build Nexis

Autonomy is only useful if you can govern it.

Software is starting to move money on its own. That is only a good thing if the people it works for never lose the keys, the limits, or the receipts.

Nexis is the governed control layer for that shift. Agents plan, simulate, approve, and reconcile every wallet operation through one loop — across payments and DeFi, on every chain you operate on.

We start from your boundaries, not the model’s confidence. Limits and allowlists compile into gates the runtime cannot skip, and every action runs up to that boundary and then asks.

Nothing signs before it is simulated on forked chain state, and nothing settles without a receipt — the intent, the policy decision, the simulation, the approval, and the result, together in one record you can review.

Autonomy you cannot inspect is just risk you have not measured yet. We build the kind you can watch, bound, and prove.

02What we hold to

Principles, not promises.

01

Custody stays yours

Nexis plans and simulates, but never holds raw signing authority. The keys — and the final say — stay with you.

02

Simulate before you sign

Every operation is previewed on forked chain state first. Routes, fees, recipients, and failure paths surface before anything is signed.

03

Approvals are the interface

Autonomy runs up to a boundary, then asks. Approvals are enforced at the signing edge, not suggested in a prompt.

04

Receipts for everything

Intent, policy, simulation, approval, and settled result travel together as one reviewable record for every run.

05

Policies over prompts

Boundaries you define compile into gates the runtime cannot skip. Spending limits and allowlists, not vibes.

06

One loop, every chain

Plan, simulate, approve, reconcile — the same governed loop across payments and DeFi, on every network you touch.

03How Nexis operates

One governed loop, from intent to receipt.

01

Plan

Turn intent into a typed route plan across chains and venues.

02

Simulate

Preflight the plan on forked chain state — fees, slippage, and failure paths surfaced before anything signs.

03

Approve

One approval promotes the simulated plan. Enforced at the signing edge, never skipped.

04

Reconcile

Execute across chains and reconcile every result into a durable receipt.
